Returns and Complaints

The complaint may be filed by the Client:

It is recommended that the Customer specified in the description of the complaint: (1) the information and circumstances concerning the subject of the complaint, in particular the type and date of occurrence of the defect; (2) required means of achieving the Product compliance with the Purchase Agreement or a statement of the price reduction or withdrawal from the Purchase Agreement; and (3) the contact details of the complaining - this will facilitate and expedite the consideration of the complaint by the Seller. The requirements listed in the previous sentence have the form of recommendations only and do not affect the effectiveness of the complaint made without the recommended description of the complaint.

 

Seller will address customer complaints immediately, not later than 14 calendar days from the date of its submission. No comment from Seller within the deadline means that the seller took the complaint to be justified.

 

Where to respond to the complaint by the Seller to the Customer or to execute the Customer's rights under the warranty will be necessary to provide the Product to the Seller, the customer will be asked by the Seller to deliver the Product at the Seller's cost to Allocacoc Polska Check It Group Maciej Majchrzak os. Pod Lipami 104/22 61-640 Poznań. If, however, due to the type of defect, type of product or method of its installation to provide the Product by the Customer would have been impossible or excessively difficult, the customer will be asked to provide, upon prior appointment, at the place where the product is located.

 

Request for delivery of the Product referred to in point. 7.6 Regulations does not affect the deadline to respond to the Seller's Customer complaint referred to in point. 7.5 Regulations and to the right customer request from the Seller dismantling the defective Product and reinstallation of the Product after the replacement free of defects or removal of defects referred to in Article. 561 [1] of the Civil Code.
