How to check products availability?

 

Every product page contains information about the availability in our shop:

  • temporarily out of stock – the product is out of stock at the moment. If you are very interested in this product, please let us know by e-mail: sklep@power-cube.pl or phone us: +48 695 683 797
  • running out – last items of the goods, it's worth buying ASAP!
  • average quantity – we have at least few/several pieces
  • large quantity – we have enough stock of the product to handle many orders
  • available on request – we can order the product exclusively for you - drop us an e-mail: sklep@power-cube.pl or call us: +48 695 683 797
  • delivery expected – we are expecting the delivery soon
  • withdrawn – product is no longer available in our shop

 


 

How to check order status?

 

We will e-mail you the information about the progress of your order. In addition, after logging into your account you will have access to any information about your current and past orders: status, content, given addresses, etc.

 


 

How long will I wait for the delivery?

 

We will start the completion immediately after receiving and order with payment with cash on delivery, or after we receive the payment if chosen to pay upfront. The status of your order will be e-mailed to you so you can stay up to date.

 

Term for receipt of goods = date of shipment + delivery time

 

Shipping time depends on the availability of products and the chosen form of payment, while the delivery time depends on the chosen method of delivery.

 


 

What methods of delivery do we offer?

 

You can choose out of those:

  • courier shipment,
  • postal package (economy or priority),
  • Paczkomaty .

 


 

How much will I pay for the shipment?

 

You will see the exact amount to be paid for the order delivery after you have added products to your shopping cart and selected your preferred method of payment and delivery. Depending on the chosen form of payment (prepayment or payment on delivery) and the method of delivery, shipping costs range from a few to several PLN.

 


 

How to pay for the order?

 

Depending on the value of the contract, the chosen form of delivery and your preferences, you can choose one of the following methods of payment:

  • bank transfer,
  • cash on delivery,
  • electronic payment (transfer on-line, upfront),
  • PayPal

 


  

What are promo coupons?

 

Many promotions offer our customers discount coupons. They are in the form of codes to be entered in the basket in the appropriate field. This will convert the amount to be paid with a discount.

Remember that most discount codes have an expiry date. After the expiry the code is no longer active - you will not be available to obtain a discount.

 


 

Can I get a VAT invoice?

 

Yes you can receive a VAT invoice on purchased goods. While filling the order form with your data please add Taxpayer Identification Number and enter your billing information. If the shipping address is different than billing information, select an option in the form of "different shipping address" and enter the address the goods should be delivered.

 


 

How do I change my order?

 

You can modify your orders only until the completion of its contents. Modification it is not possible after we shipped it. For any modification of your order (change of address, adding the product to the order, a change in the payment or delivery), please contact us as soon as possible - preferably by phone: +48 695 683 797.

Where is my package?

 

Choosing the courier delivery option, you will receive a tracking number and a link to a page where you can track the location of your package. This link is also visible for registered customers of the shop, in your order details, in the shipment column.

 


 

Do your products have a warranty?

 

Yes, products available in our store come with manufacturer's guarantee valid on Polish territory. Information about the duration of the guarantee is in the product description, as well as on the websites of manufacturers. It is important to keep your receipt (bill or invoice) and original packaging until the end of the warranty period. This is the basis for reporting complaints.

 


 

I have a problem with the ordered product. What now?

 

Before accepting a shipment, check that it has not been damaged in transit. If the package has visible external damage, we recommend that you refuse to accept the package, and contact us by phone: +48 695 683 797.

If you wish to file a complaint, make sure whether the product should be returned to our store or to the manufacturer. This information can be found in the warranty card and in the product description on our website or on the manufacturer's website.

 


 

Can I return the purchased product?

 

Yes, according to the law, you can do it within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order without giving the reason. Such goods can not bear traces of use, can not be destroyed or damaged, must be in original packaging with all its contents.
